Culprit Spark Plug?

I forgot to post this, this is from the tune up the night before the blow up (yes, I did a tune up the night before). This is an NGK TR-55 spark plug, put in April of 2010 when I installed my Pacesetter headers.
It was gapped correctly when I installed it. When I pulled this one, it was at about .040 instead of .055 and it was chunked out at the tip. Four other plugs were jet black and wet with oil.
Needless to say, you probably know how my car was driving... I think I'll be taking out the spark plugs on Friday to see the difference in brand new plugs vs blown-up-the-very-next-day plugs. This should be interesting...
