Last night, I spent a few minutes looking at my car and cleaning up the massive oil spill under it. From what it looks like, the oil is coming from the center of the rear of the block, more-so on the driver's side, where the bell-housing and block meet. I'm hoping in the next week or two, I can start to at least disconnect and drop the engine from the body. I don't currently have an open engine stand or a lift, unfortunately. I get my work schedule today so I will have a better idea of when I can tear into her. I'm really looking forward to disassembling the block and finding out what exactly happened... I'm assuming at this point in time that I threw a rod ... but I could be very wrong too.
